The left bank Graves appellation produces red wines with a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blends, but the area is also home to complex dry white wines blended mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon - not to be missed! Graves encompasses the smaller, extremely unique appellation called “Pessac-Léognan” and goes all the way down to the equally remarkable “Sauternes”.
